Q. Why is your price so low compared to others ?
We don't automatically include extra services you may not want like our competitors do and we constantly monitor other agencies charges to ensure that we remain competitive.

Q. What about the Fee payable to the Registrar ?
The price you see on our main page includes both our fee and the Registrars so there is no more to pay until your renewal date

Q. How long does the Registration last ?
COM. NET and ORG Domain Names can be registered for any period from 1 to 10 years, UK Domain Names have a fixed length period of 2 years

Q. So How much will it cost me to Register ?
Domain name prices vary. COM, NET or ORG currently cost £35 + vat for a period of 2 years. CO.UK, ORG.UK are £25 + vat for a fixed 2 year period. For a complete list of prices click here

Q. How much will the renewal fee be ?
Providing the Registrars don't change their fee's then about the same as now for a further period.

Q. How much will it cost me to transfer my Domain Name to another ISP ?
There is a nominal charge from £5 + vat for the release which can be arranged by clicking here

Q. How quickly is my domain registered ?
We apply the same day we receive your order, registrations are completed within 24 hours.

Q. What information does the Registrar require ?
The full name and address of the Domain name owner.

Q. Can I cancel the Domain Name if I change my mind and get a refund ?
No, A refund is not possible once a name is registered because the Registrar will have been paid by us and they will not refund under any circumstances.

Q. What if the name I want to register turns out not to be available after I place the order ?
You are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

Q. What is a Email Forwarding ?
You can use your Domain Name as your email address, example you@yourdomain.com
Any mail we receive will be sent on to your existing email address, example you@hotmail.com
